I've had the wonderful pleasure of living here for 5 years this past September and have no plans of moving elsewhere (but for the South of France)....the friends I have in certain neighbors gives this place a sense of community not often found in the confines of the concrete jungle which is my native Los Angeles.
construction began in 1929 and was completed in 1932 for this French Normandy style gem in the Wiltshire Center District (now part of K-Town). I've had the pleasure of residing here since 1993 and lucking enough to stay for the wonderful urban renaissance that has restored my neighborhood to a beautiful place to live.
