Paid a bit more for labor provided and had to have tech recheck after service for an unexpected engine light, but otherwise service completed on a timely basis.
Jordan was great to deal with and kept me informed every step if the way. Highly recommend SGS for your auto repair needs!
Eric was great to work with! He was very good about communicating and was more than fair to deal with. It's hard when you start working with a new mechanic shop to know if they're really treating you fairly or not. But never once did I fee like he was trying to take advantage of me. Things took a little longer than we both anticipated (Teslas are annoying to work on and to deal with) but Eric more than made up for the delay by giving me a discount on their service. Would give them 6 stars if I could! Incredible service!! My car broke down on my drive from California to Utah and I needed an emergency engine repair. They made me a priority and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. The mechanic was able to cut an 8 hour repair down to 3 hours. After they fixed the issues, they performed additional tests on my engine to make sure I wouldn’t have any other problems for the rest of my trip.
