Sorry guys, I'm sure there's good people who work here, but here's my story. My wife brought the car in to have a tire replaced, which they did promptly without any trouble. Immediately after receiving the car back, the brakes were dangerously mushy. Up until then the brakes were just fine. Three days later I brought it back to have them look at it. I recently brought my car in for an A/C inspection, which led to a full evaporator core replacement. I agreed to have the service done for around $1,450. The service then took two days and cost around $1,820 near $400 more than expected. While I appreciated the $500 discount from Cole and the professionalism shown by both Cole and Eric, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. This place was special and I was treated like a king. Eric McDonald went above and beyond and taken care of me so I could get out of here tonight.
