One of the worst contracting experiences I've ever had. STAY AWAY! Over $1,000 to fix our fridge, only to have it not get colder than 44 degrees in the fridge and 31 in the freezer. We've been losing food for months now. Dozens of calls and text without a single return call or text to date. As a local business owner myself, we hesitate to leave reviews like this and are very tolerant of 'real life' circumstances, but this is insane! Any other service company in town would be better than this business!
Buyer Beware! Our refrigerator was having an issue staying cold. The freezer side was developing ice crystals on the back panel. I called St George Appliance repair on a Monday morning and Jeff answered and said he would be right over. He looked at it for a few minutes and said it was a defective control panel he needed to order from Whirlpool. He asked for payment of 329.00 which I paid on a credit card. Although they didn't fix my problem (my choice to buy a new appliance) they were prompt in returning my call and were able to get to me quickly . The technician was 100% professional and honest. I would highly recommend them!
