When other local appliance repair companies told us parts were no longer available for our older refrigerator/freezer, Jeff came in, diagnosed the issue, and found the parts no problem. He even went the extra mile for us and located where we could find correct parts for our icemaker and gave us a valve to make sure we'd have the right one when we fix the icemaker in the future. Very cool guy! ALSO, other repair places charge like $120+ for a diagnosis/visit, and St George Appliance Repair only charged $60!
Hmthis company is bad. I just had him over last week to fix my washer. He charged me 232 for the part and 59 dollars for the labor. The very next day the washer wasn't working and I can't get a hold of them they are ghosting me. I'm really struggling to keep things afloat for my family and then to get ripped off like this is horrible. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.
The repairman was on time and excellent at troubleshooting the issue with our Speed Queen washing machine. The cost was very reasonable and the troubleshooting and repair was made in less than an hour. They are the first I will call if needing appliance repair.
One of the worst contracting experiences I've ever had. STAY AWAY! Over $1,000 to fix our fridge, only to have it not get colder than 44 degrees in the fridge and 31 in the freezer. We've been losing food for months now. Dozens of calls and text without a single return call or text to date. As a local business owner myself, we hesitate to leave reviews like this and are very tolerant of 'real life' circumstances, but this is insane! Any other service company in town would be better than this business!
