RecommendedI took a friend there to detox so he could go to treatment. They treated him and I with the utmost respect. they gave him a banana bag and then helped him sober up to get in the van to go to detox. the staff is quite amazing.
Horrible place. un educated staff. They physically and Mentally assulted a paraplegic caused him to be thrown from his chair. Then forced medicine on him that he refused and told the staff No am allergic many times. The place is a prison rather than a hospital. Lawyers have been informed and law suit filed Please consider a different option for your health care. Better off at a vet.

Take great care in your ED and urgent care visits by getting thorough medical histories. As someone with an extensive pay and chronic conditions this makes a massive difference in diagnosing me. When admitted I've always felt listened to and never talked down to.

I’d like to give a long overdue shout out to Dr Doc who performed lung surgery on my teenage son, and all medical staff who worked with Kai following his spontaneous pneumothorax. This happened last August & he has since skied (as planned) the 50k Birkebeiner in February and is right now biking 4,500 miles across the country to raise money for young adults with cancer. I owe my life to the fast thinking of Dr. Healy, the amazing nursing staff and other employees of the St. Francis ED. I am beyond grateful and thankful for all of you.
