As someone on the autism spectrum, I came to Franciscan Health seeking care and fairness — instead, I was met with what felt like indifference and negligence. I was double billed, and every effort I've made to have the issue corrected has been ignored. This experience has left me feeling completely helpless, invisible, and deeply disappointed. I can't help but wonder if others like me are treated the same way. No one should feel this alone while trying to advocate for themselves.
The 8-26th 2025 at 4:00 am to the 8-31-25 I had to go to this hospital bc I had a granite seizure I had all my good jewelry on when I got to the hospital one of the nurses took it off me they even. told my Son the same thing and when I signed myself out on the 8-31-25 at 2:pm I got my jewelry to clean it bf I put it back on and my expensive two white gold rings was missing and so was my new hoop earrings as well I’ve called the 3th floor and talk to several people and I’m not getting any help on the matter so it’s time to ke... read more
I can't find anywhere to applaud a team member. But I would like to recognize Sam that was in the e.r secluded rooms Saturday night. He was amazing with my son with what he came in for. I wanted to take him home with us. Thank you for everything you did for him and us!
