Dr. Mannino was great with my father for years but unfortunately they switched his cardiologist - get me his name - who installed a faulty defibrillator which ended up subsequently torturing and killing him.
My brother had quadruple bypass surgery on Tuesday March 26th and they are trying to discharge him from the ICU on Sunday with no plans for rehabilitation. We asked for a social worker and only called us once. Left a message!! Newly diagnosed diabetes and has to wear an external pacemaker. Really??? No case manager. So you send him home to do what?? We need to put him in a facility and have no guidance. What happened to a step down room from ICU?

Everything positive. My Drs all work together for best results. I feel very supported at St. Francis.
The Staff was very Professional, very attentive, they makes you feel as if you were just visiting some friend or family and not really in for a surgery. Thank you to all the staff of St Francis Hospital and special thank you to Doctor Michael Khang and Staff too. God bless you all.
Amazing staff! No other service beats the nurses and drs at this hospital
If a patient is wronged by one of your medical staff, own up to it. Apologize to the family or send a letter of apology. Instead we endured judgemental staff members such as members of your nursing staff who took it upon themselves to offer unsolicited opinions and advice about our decision to fight for our loved one due to a horrific mistake made there.
