My nurse Katie is great BUT THE BOSSES CONSTANTLY WANT TO DISCHARGE it is petty I cannot drive myself my boyfriend has to take time off work to take me to my appointments I cannot change my own TEMPORARY ostomy bag but st. The home health nurse Jessica is the worst ! She is rude and said they wouldn’t come back out because she wasn’t taking her medication but she did and right in front of her ! She is horrible!
For this being a big hospital home health, it sure is a sorry home health. The nurse they sent talked real loud like we were deaf even after i told her not hard of hearing. The nurse interuputed several times. The physical therapist they sent was very nosey that had nothing to do with PT. They charted on mychart things that were not even addressed, therefore they lied on mychart just to make it look good. Very dissatisfied.
