This practice used to be my favorite office a couple of years back. It's changed so much and not for the better. The front desk is rude and the doctors find every excuse to keep bringing you back instead of doing it all in 1 visit. Have to schedule an appointment for every symptom and with a working schedule and mom of 3 that's impossible!!! Now refuse to see any other Doctor but Dr Hendricks... Plan on transferring everything else to a different practice. Smh
Just had a student dr. And he was just as kind n nice as he could be. EVERYONE HERE IS GREAT CANT BELIEVE THERE COULD BE ANY NEG COMMENTS ABOUT THIS PLACE. BUT I suppose anyone could have an off day
Absolutely the worst office!! The front end staff does not communicate to the Drs and the nurses are extremely rude. I'm not sure what they are there for because taking care of patients is NOT what they are about. I am a health care professional as well and they are atrocious to deal with both professionally and as a patient. If you don't have high blood pressure before you go you will once you leave!!
