Get rid of some of the incompetent staff at the front desk...who do not get messages correct. Have a health care website my chart that is functional and folks can easily access it. Get rid of the manager that oversees the entire operation.
Very slow to answer calls or refill prescriptions. Way to many people to go through to get to the doctor. Very inconvenient.
I've been bringing my kids here for 7 years. In the first two years all was good. Now it is terrible. The doctor's are always over booked you can never get an appointment. The new office receptionist's are soooo rude I hate having to deal with them. There attitude is awful they need to learn some manners. Next time I call will be to have my kids records transfered to a better facility. So disappointed.
