My first visit for an emergency because they came so highly recommended.... will not be my last as I am going to bring both of my dogs for wellness and anything else that will come up. We took our dog for an emergency because our regular vet couldn't give us an appointment for a week. St. Francis took us right away, and we're not regulars. They were amazing!! Dr. Brigande and the staff were welcoming and wonderful!! They took care of Maxxie right away, showed him love and compassion! This will be our new vet!!
This animal hospital was very unprofessional an nasty. They will Rob you.....I had my dog there twice for an infection. I had test run for same infection, after 2 wks I went back for the same infection it did not go away an they gave me same medication . After being there the second time they call me a few days later saying stop the medication my dog need a different medication so the say. So now I payed twice for the same medication an they were charging me for the new medication saying the other meds wouldn't work. But why... read more
Absolutely love St Francis Animal Hospital. Dr Augello and his staff are amazing. Tatiana at the front desk is a sweetheart. The whole staff are pleasant, helpful and informative. They always call a day after appointment to see how how our pup is doing. We couldn't have found a better place that cares for us and our dog.
