Dr. Aguello & the staff are amazing. Having never been a patient they took my senior ferret Alvin right away. In a state of distress, I contacted almost every vet. (Who see’s exotics on S.I . )To no avail. I was about go to N.J emergency hospital when they answered the phone . They are kind, compassionate , honest , knowledgeable... The doctors and staff at St Francis are such caring people. I have recently being diagnosed with cancer and am undergoing daily radiation and weekly chemo. I needed a refill of medication for my cat. I called to see if the staff would be able to mail me the medication, as it has been difficult for me to get around with this cold weather. The beautiful caring person who took my call delivered the medication to me on her way home from work. There are angels among us everywhere and definitely at St Francis Animal Hospital.
I’m new to the practice but been there several times for stomach issues and I’m very happy with Dr Battiato

I would like to thank Dr. Joe for taking such good care of our dog Chevy for these past years. You very quickly got her skin condition under control . Thank you also to the techs who treated her like she was theirs.. unfortunately we had to put Chevy to sleep and will miss her terribly but are so glad she was taken care of so well by everyone at St Francis.....💔💔
I want to thank the staff of St. Francis for always making our visits a pleasure. From grooming with David to check ups and sick visits, the staff is always very knowledge and patient with all my questions. My dog, Martini, just returned home from her boarding as I was away. They were understanding when I called to check in and had her ready and all her things together when I got there. They also did a preventative for ticks. Dr Brigande really takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. The woman I worked with first, Christine, is fantastic. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Brigande also makes himself very accessible to me via text/email because of my hearing loss
