They pretend to price match meds but when you actually go to do it they tell you no, the price is too low and won’t give your script out to requesting websites. And they talk to you like you’re scum. Place is a joke
Good Dr's but receptionists/front end staff are terrible!! Rude & very unprofessional!! Hire better people upfront!!

Dr. Brigande is wonderful. I was using another vet and he couldn’t clear up my dogs rash. She has skin allergies. After 2 years he told me he couldn’t help her. The first time I went to Dr. Brigande he new what to do. After 2 weeks her skin started clearing up.
Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and reasonably priced. We have exotic breeds so it is nice to have a vet that knows what he is doing, talks to you and gives you reasonable options and is actually personable and genuinely enjoys animals. Very comfortable office staff..highly recommend!!
As a lifelong Islander and animal lover, the genuine love and concern of for my dogs from those at St. Francis is incomparable and unparalleled. Everyone, from those at the front desk to the wonderful Veterinary Technicians and finally the doctors who so thoroughly and skillfully treated "my guys", are consummate professionals and "family" at the same time. I was recommended to this practice by a friend and was quite happy that they were able to "squeeze" me in on the day I called. Knowing they were collecting items for dogs/cats suffering with the aftereffects of Hurricane Harvey, I brought in a large bag of leashes, harnesses, sweaters, coats to help out.
