Super sweet staff. They took good care of our Kia baby.
We sent our 10 week old puppy for booster shots and they clipped his nails so short that he was bleeding. One of his paws was bleeding profusely. If you saw my floor or porch, you'd have thought some type of abuse happened here. I've emailed them but gotten no response. We were told when we called to walk him in dirt or put candle wax on it. No apology, no reason given for cutting his nails that were just cut 3 weeks before. I'm extremely disappointed.
The staff took such great care of my Zayna this past Saturday. Her allergies are so much better 😍

They are almost always available, and then have taken very good care of my 2 dogs when they were having problems.
They were very kind to my Pretzel and they kept me updated the entire time. They were serious about social distancing but still made you feel very welcomed and took Pretzels issues seriously and answered all my questions.
Thank you SO much for taking my Spartacus in as a new patient today! You sure eased he heart of a very worried Mommy! Everyone was super nice, and very timely in getting him in and out. Love the Technician that came out to the car (sorry, didn't get your name) and enjoyed talking to DVM Berkshire! I WILL be coming back!!
