A warm hug and thank you to Dr. Roeser and Marie for their very caring yet professional help last night while helping my little love die with dignity. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The setting was calm and soothing. A positive experience in a heart wrenching time. I was so glad they were there for us.

They saved my mother's cat 'ollies' life ! He had a bad mouth infection and had stopped eating. ...he lost a lot of weight....they removed 13 teeth and his infection cleared up ! They even kept him for several nights after the surgery to give him pain medication and IV And IM Fluid bolus to keep him from getting dehydrated. He is now a very different cat....he plays all the time,has lots of energy and eats 3 meals a day. He has gained his weight back and looks the best he ever has! My dogs, cats & birds are seen at St. Francis. Never had an issue with this hospital. Staff is well informed, professional & welcoming. I appreciate the timely follow up on test results & the personal phone calls to clarify treatments, check up on status of my pet & offer to answer any questions I may have. There are clinics closer to my home but I choose St. Fran. because I trust them. They work with me on issues of vaccines, tests & guide me into making the right choices for my pets without pressuring me.
