Terrible care for my father when he was hospitalized recently.
When you send a person home that can't walk an speech is slurred Maybe you better ck for stroke. Ended up in rehab in Ky Sad had him there 3 times Time to make some changes Sorry this place is not for everyone
RecommendedI was born at the old St. Elizabeth Hospital in Covington, Ky. As many were in the Northern Kentucky area. I have received excellent care for various reasons through the years. I would never go anywhere else. God Bless you all for the work that you do.
To be yelled at by your PSW when SHE isn't following distancing guidelines and our buildings rules is unbelievable. then we call to express our concerns only to be told we have no grounds to complain? I will definitely call the Police next time since you won't help.
Took my son to the ER. I have been dealing with Compass Emergency Physicians ever since. They did not submit proper paperwork to the insurance. When I called and complain I was met with condescending attitudes as well as being hung up on. Bonnie the supervisor hid from my phone calls. I googled the corporate number and contacted her that way. When I tried to pay the remaining balance Andrew was argumentative and hung up on me. I would love St Elizabeth’s to hear that conversation! RecommendedMy doctors really do care and do what they can to keep me healthy including referrals to caring specialists. My Chart is great and I even had my first video visit with my pain specialist. Other than waiting to do my procedure in person until after thus virus settles down he was great and able to focus on mitigating my pain for now.

RecommendedThere doctors are great. I've had 21 surgeries, 9 of them at st.E. I haven't found anything bad about St.E. An during these times they are very safety mined!
