Every one was nice , just a little disorganized I was at the waiting room and they tell my mom that I was not answering the cell when I have talk to the doctor and other nurses.
Service and care was great with one huge exception. I was given totally wrong instructions for care and handling of my bandage. Thankfully, my physical therapist advised me properly.
Being a retired outpatient surgical Rn from a different facility, I was very impressed with the staff at St David's from the admitting to the discharge Very professional, caring and friendly and explained what I could expect with each step of my stay. I would highly recommend this facility and their staff.
Everybody was kind and helpful. Especially the person who assisted me in the room that I went to before I got released.
