Second to none. Words simply cannot describe nor really put into perspective the qualities of Dr. Andrea Natale. He is clearly one, if not the best, cardio electrophysiologists, on this planet. For what Andrea has pioneered and achieved he has such empathy, respect and humbleness beyond what one could conceivably imagine. He has a "skill set" that is so rare it is cunning. Doctors and nurses have lost the concept of patient perception. Not their own. Have you walked in the shoes of your patient. Probably not! Horrible care, nurse smaking gum while talking, no scanning of meds so when given it os in pill form, not opened in front of you. Will be reporting to JACHO, and Board of physicians . No worries, I will never be back, period. Food service on otherhand was great! Served on time, temp good, tasty.
RecommendedThe nursing care on the Neuro floor was phenomenal. My mom had to spend some time in ICU, and whilethey were great, they weren't as personable or responsive in general, so we missed our 4th floor nurses while we were there... Overall though, even in ICU, I have minimal complaints after 3 stays in less than a month... Any concerns were immediately addressed and 90% of the staff was so happy to do their job and be personable... food is restaurant quality.
I went to the ER on Sunday p.m. and was very impressed by the staff. I felt like I was important to them. They were very good at explaining things and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Thank you!
This is not a good hospital. This place is designed to take your money and that's it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Great staff: In April I broke my wrist & received top notch care ER care. Less then a week later I had wrist surgery for the fractures and had great care there also. Continue care in Dr. Stephen Pearce's office still getting great care. Thank you St. David's for your great staff!!
I recently had my baby here and I have to say that this is the best hospital I have ever delivered at. The staff, the nurses, the doctors were all amazing. My baby girl is still in the nicu and the nurses there are absolutely wonderful. They take such good care of her and make sure that we are informed of everything thats going on with her. I cant thank them enough or ever repay them for the exceptional service they have provided for us. I don't want to mention names because I don't want to leave anyone out.
