Get directionsMy 87 year old grandpa, Charlie Cook, has worked for Fawcett Memorial Hospital for 18 years as a groundskeeper. Never called in sick, never late for work, and worked 5 days a week. He loved his job and the staff loved him! Unfortunately, May 6th he was "laid off" due to the covid pandemic. He was told to call in one month later(beginning of June) to talk about getting back to work. He did just that, in fact, he called his point of contact, Ryan Stanley who is the Vice President of HHS in that district every day for well over... read more

While I enjoyed my service that I received during my stay here I cannot recommend this company due to the misleading advertising practices that this company engages in. We had a standard vaginal delivery without a spinal tap. Their pricing https://westvalleymedctr.com/patient-financial/pricing indicates that if we didn't have insurance we'd pay around 4 thousand dollars and when we signed our paper work in the hospital we were told that it would be an even lower number by their staff. We are insured as well. In total I've be... read more

We delivered our baby boy here at Oak Hill and had an amazing experience! All the nurses in labor and delivery made both me and my fiancé feel at home! I’d like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Sharon Brown for making sure I was comfortable at all times and taking the best care of me! And of course Dr. Shakfeh for another easy and quick delivery! After delivery, our baby boy Preston had to be in the NICU for four days and for such a hard transition for me and dad they made it really awesome! I’d like to give a special thanks... read more
Worst experience I have ever encountered, and haven’t even had the procedure yet. I received a phone call asking for payment for service but they could not tell me what services I was being billed for. I called back several times and the operator could not tell who to connect me to and the person he kept connecting me to was out of town until after the date of my surgery. I called asking for guidance for my Pre op appointment and they couldn’t tell me what building or what I I needed to bring or even what to expect at the ap... read more
My grandmother is in your hospital very very ill with COVID and pneumonia. I was told by this hospital that they will not allow visitation to her family, NOT EVEN if she was actively dying!! Please tell me how people are allowed to protest in the street during COVID but we can not support my scared, sick, grandmother?!?

I am new to this area. This is my second hospital stay here since June 2020. I have a stomach disease. I have a permanent feeding tube and stomach drain. I am hooked up to a feeding pump for my “food” and water, 24/7. I intake very little by mouth. I am a hospital regular because of my illness. The Medical Center of Trinity staff is amazing! In my hospital experiences, it’s rare to find a hospital staff that’s compassionate, kind, friendly, and goes above and beyond in addition to possessing excellent nursing skills. But it’... read more
