I've been there to see my grandson that was born early and is in the nicu. All the nurses have been extremely nice every time I've visited
We brought my 1 year old in last night, due to a really high fever and infection. The staff was amazing, doing a wonderful job of checking all his vitals and blowing bubbles for him to distract him. The doctor and nurse staff were just the right mix of professional and soothing for a sick toddler. I would definitely come back if, God forbid, we need to go back to the emergency room for anything.
Scary ER visit with my grandson...ER full..staff very slow.
I live in Cedar Park and passed two hospitals taking my daughter to the ER for possible appendicitis. I didn't even know that this hospital had built a Children's ER but was very happy to see it as we drove up. The staff was very fast and friendly! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't feel like I got all of the answers I was looking to get, but ALL other aspects of the visit were awesome! Very kid friendly and thourough.
They were very professional and fast. The staff was very friendly. Thanks for a pleasant visit at a emotional time!
This place is so in professional, and they are horrible. Wouldn't send my dog there.
