I have finally found great relief for a soft tissue shoulder and neck pain I have had for years. I had been treating with cold laser and adjustment through another chiropractic clinic for years previous to finding St. Croix Sports and Spinal. My daughter, a nurse, suggested I find a ART(Active Release Technique) certified practitioner, and that is how I came to find Dr. Flikke. I am a disabled vet and have had chronic foot pain since basic training in n 1989. I just had accepted that this was my life. My physical therapist said that the next step was surgery. I decided to try one more thing when a friend referred me to Dr Flikke. I had immediate release of pain after my first appointment. It took about 4 months, but now there are many days I don't have pain. I am now more active and work out regularly. I feel great. Thank you so much.
