Our family had a very poor experience with this provider. We were told our mother would qualify. A hospital bed and wheelchair were delivered via hospice. Then 3 days later we were told she didn't qualify. Without notice they came and removed her hospital bed and wheelchair while she was at lunch leaving her without a bed and way to ambulate. I have photos of our mother lying on the floor and then a community sofa because she had no bed.
Krista and the team were very quick and compassionate. Couldn’t have gotten through the process without them.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to St. Croix Hospice. They provided care and compassion to my father during his final weeks. When a loved ones is eligible for hospice it is an emotional process and St. Croix was very empathetic and treated my family with care. I never felt like we were just a number.
