Very poor management...they cannot control rowdy residents I’m living in the second floor and staying in the apartment above us is a very rowdy,uncultured and disgusting family.In spite of my numerous complaints there’s just no solution.So ultimately we’ve decided to move out...just waiting for the pandemic situation to get a little better.
Great value and location The apartment is in a great location. Having your own garage makes parking stress-free. The units are modern and have efficient heating and AC. The shower is hot and has strong water pressure. Laundry facility in every building so you don't have to go outside to do the laundry. The apartment complex is well-lit so walking my dog at night is never a problem. The manager is super and a great help any time I've had questions.
Great place to live I have been living here for almost 10 years and i believe this is the best run complex in Pittsburgh! The apartment employees all do a wonderful job in maintaining a clean, quiet and comfortable living situation. The manager is very competent in everything she does. She is helpful beyond words.If there is a problem she addresses the problem and rectifies it competently and very quickly. Very satisfied with my home. I have been here for more than 10 years. I have been very happy with my time here. Maintenance is always done as soon as possible. In most cases within the day. I live at the top of the hill and never had a problem going to work or home from work at any time. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Snow Removal I have lived here for 10 years. The snow removal guy is on site through every storm. The hill is well maintained coming into the complex by st. Clair Township. The snow plow guy at st. Clair Apartments is out throughout the snow storm I see him all the time. I do not know what building this person lives in that just give this review but every sidewalk is shoveled and salted not just 1 building. Obviously whomever he is this person has an axe to grind. good and bad good location - when my kids get older - i am moving the bad is - owners cut corners on everything - they are cheap and it hurts the tennants we have 10 bildings with 12 apartaments in each bilding -= 120 apartments upper buildings have no parking in thee evening when everyone is home from work- the owners block off many parking spots all week - so the trash can get taken one day each week... why not allow parking in these prime locations except the day of trash removal???
