I went to Saint Clair Hospital on March 31, 2022 for an operation and everything seem to be going well until they took me to the post op room. I arrive there at about 2:00 PM and my blood pressure was 144/84 and they move me to a corner of the room. After laying there for about an hour I asked him if I could go to my room and they said they would call . When they called they told me there was not a room available. Worst billing department ever. I made a payment plan with them only to find out that for my !one! visit there, they made me three separate accounts! So, while I was making timely payments on my account according to my payment plan I have a voice recording of with their billing department, my other two accounts were unknowingly past due and sent to collections!
