I have a 5-year-old and since she was born this has been her primary Drs office. We've been to the E.R., Dentist, Neurology, Orthopedics, and the Center for Urban Child Department. Although at times, the wait to see someone is a little while. I wrote a review a month ago and they removed it because I reported that they call Child services for no reason dont know how to differentiate between an active kid and a kid that has been abused
Horrible customer service agent with awful accent. She hangout the phone if she doesn’t want to answer or don’t answer the phone call! Please change your personal or you will loose your patients!
