We were the only ones here and thy took over an hour just to get us in th back then had us sit out back in the waiting room which was on my supposed to be 40 minutes but had us out there for over an hour
The facility was not clean—there were crumbs and even flies, which I have never seen in a hospital before. The staff appeared disorganized, as they had not reviewed any reports or contacted my daughter’s prior doctor before our arrival. When I asked the assistant to speak with the referring clinic for clarification, she became defensive and repeatedly asked me what I wanted them to do, as if I were the eye doctor. It was dirty crumbs and flies here and there. All my life I never saw flies in a hospital. And staff we saw seemed unorganized, they didn’t read any reports or contact prior doctor prior to us getting there. We Won’t be returning. And assistant got an attitude when I tried to get her to talk on the phone to clinic staff who referred my daughter to Opthalmology for clarification.
