Terrible experience with Dr. Abdul Shahein. He was so dismissive of our concerns after keeping us waiting for 1.5 hours, and then had the gall to shame me, a freshly PP mother, for switching my baby to hypoallergenic formula from breast milk. He made me uncomfortable and upset and we left with no guidance or support.
All they are going to tell you is to give your baby miralax
I would give this place a NEGATIVE 5 star if I could. You can’t get through to anyone on the phone, it is impossible! The people that work the front office do not seem very qualified for their positions. I have needed them to fix a pre authorization for medication that my son needs! It has been days with no response. It’s a shame because doctor is nice, but that doesn’t matter much if the people around her are incompetent.
