Dr. Steckler's nurse practitioner Paula was exceptional with our son; she has an wonderful warm manner with him interspersed with humor and compassion that made him feel comfortable discussing his intimate urological problems. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with a child who needs urological services.
Dr. Steckler NP Paula amazing!! She was so sweet to my son and answered all my questions and concerns about my 9 month old baby boy. Im glad i seen her and hope to see her my next visit.
I had to speak with someone who was in charge of client satisfaction because my experience was suboptimal. Dr. Steckler, I was told, was called away but I think that he really had to leave to go to his other office. Yes, we were late but in my defense, no one from your scheduling department gave me a heads up that their was serious construction going on.
