This place is a hot mess. On top of that, this place wants to charge each patient $50.00 every 6 months just to prescribe stimulate medications! For a family of 3 that is $300 a year. What a bunch of #$%&. Since Dr. Anderson left this place it has gone done hill. I am telling you, find another doctor! (btw, I would give ZERO stars if I could).

I've been trying to get my scripts refilled. I've called the office repeatedly for the last 24hrs. Your phone system does not work. The options given on your phone system indicate that none of the options are 'valid numbers'. our website is not currently functioning. Operationally, your practice is an atrocity. However, I love Doctor Wilson. It's a shame that your practice has become so large and money hungry that you dont actually care about the patients, you just care about your revenues.
I've seen Dr. Anderson for close to 25 years, and I know and I value his insight for how I should utilize my medicine.
Dr. Wilson and Jason Kirkpatrick are absolutely wonderful, but the office itself and the office staff are terrible. Like others who rated the office (in 2015) indicated, it is near IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human (still the case in 2018). Every single option you choose on their menu sends you directly to a voicemail. No return calls. When you press zero trying to get to a human, the call is directed to Centerpointe hospital. 2 months and multiple calls into the office and I still can't talk to a person in the office, let alone get an appointment, to the only outpatient psychiatric treatment my insurance covers in the area. The office staff are so incompetent I can't form an opinion on the doctors
