Used to live there. Yes the last manager that was there last did seem like she was a racist. Nothing ever was done about it by corporate.
Idk if they're racist like one reviewer mentioned, but I wouldn't be surprised. I qualifed for one of these apartments last year in August 2022, and never got called for that apartment. All they kept saying was they were waiting on an apartment to open up, it's May 2023 and an apartment still hasn't opened up? I let the landlord know that my family and I were basically homeless, and I still never got a call even though I "qualified".

Its a quiet and friendly neighborhood mixed with many different types of people. It has a low to no crime rate in this small community. We are located very close to local schools, churches, gyms and other shopping centers. The APT grounds are kept trimmed and tidy with plenty of parking options .
