I live here now and EVERYDAY I regret it. I had BLACK MOLD for 4 months while pregnant. Water heater busted. Cracks all over the ceiling and my house is currently infested with bedbugs that have been here for 2 years. If I had a recommendation DO NOT MOVE HERE unless your desperate and don't mind paying $400 extra for bedbug cleaning evey 6 months.
This place is horrible i made a horrible mistake by signing a 14 month lease n this hell hole. A sorry excuse of a gated community. The gates r always broken the entry and exit point of the neighborhood floods excessively whenever it rains basically putting any vehicle other than a suv beneath the water. The apartments are infested with roaches and ants they have no seals on the apartment doors so air flows from under the door through cracks. The never come in to change air filters!!!
