Got there late. Was not our fault though. Had a great experience. Staff was very kind and patient.. Dr. Domenick Grieshaber was awesome.
These people are professional, kind, and caring. My appt. was at 2:20pm. I was back in my car at 2:54 pm and had a great visit with my dr.
I've had a few visits to same day surgery over the last few years here. Excellent care from the nurses and surgical staff.
This hospital has had a bad rep before Ochsner took over. I championed for this hospital to people in the area that only remembered the bad. Since then, I was treated like a drug addict when I visited for migraines and treated like a liar because the staff didn't update my insurance info. Instead of someone contacting me like,"Hey, your insurance info was incorrect," I get hit with a hefty collections account. Had excellent care at this hospital. My husband was there twice and both times it was a nice experience. Everyone there was very nice and caring.
Staff was nice, but I can't believe I was pretty much put out the door without an ounce of releif or compassion, I was in pain and sent home at midnight with a script I couldn't fill,I was given a tordol shop upon arrival at 7...left at 12, bc they found noting wrong after 6 test I was sent home with no releif at all, if they even would have offered me a Tylenol for my pain I would have appreciated them more...I'm home it's almost 3am in pain ,sorry some ppl abuse it...I'm am in pain a lil releif wouldn't have killed u to gi... read more
St. Charles Parish Hospital is a very community loving and caring hospital. It has evolved into such a beautiful hospital. It has up-to-date technology and walk in clinics. It's nice to know that we have modern-day medicine practitioners right here in our parish.
