The nurses treated us with kindness and respect; they were so knowledgeable and forthcoming about everything that was going on. They did everything they could to make my son comfortable. The doctor was very good with my son, too. He spent time with us answering our questions and making MOM feel more okay about leaving.
I was pretty skeptical about bringing my husband to the ER at SCH,with all the experiences I've had and others have had,I was concerned that my husband wouldn't get the attention he needed! Boy,was I wrong! Upon entering the ER,he was immediately sent to the back,nurses tended him til the dr. Could come. The ER was great and had a genuine concern. Our daughter broke her wrist last night and, entire staff at St. Charles Parish Hospital were all awesome. Fast and, Friendly. It was a great experience. They made us all comfortable and, kept us completely informed throughout the entire process. All the staff was completely professional. We made the right choice by coming here. I'd recommend everyone to this location any time. We thank all of you very much for doing what you do with a smile and positive attitude.
My visit was on 11/29/2016 for my granddaughter, the staff in the emergency room was excellent an I will give them a five but for as the decision they made when she was moved to a room was aweful, she needed surgery asap n the staff surgeon wanted to wait til morning came very very close to taken her from there n go to another hospital. The er staff I thank y'all.
This was my first time ever using this hospital. I had out day back injection. From the time I entered the hospital until the nurse wheeled me to my car I had a great experience and would not hesitate if I ever needed to go back. The staff are so friendly and comforting people. I felt so relaxed being taken care by them. Also I love my Dr. Dominick Grieshaber. He is so friendly and makes you feel safe as he explained exactly what would take place during my procedure.
