I miss when it was cascade medical! I dislike the doctors here and do not feel like I am treated professionally for my appointments. Been going here for 15 years and after today will no longer be going back.
I really love my son's doctor and staff. They got us in on short notice after I screwed up my son's appointment! They have always been so good to us. my son really likes it there!
My family has gone to this clinic for over 30 years, but ever since it changed from Cascade Medical Clinic to St. Charles, it has gone downhill in care quality & service. Extremely disappointed with how they dropped my mom as a patient because it had supposedly been too long since she'd been seen. Thirty years of faithful patronage & you just dropped her with no notice. Beyond ridiculous!
I have been going here unfortunately my whole life, and about 3 years ago this place went down hill the are zero help often miss things never bill correctly and often want many un needed follow ups just to get more money.
