Horrible they suck monkey balls they have the worst patient care
The worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. The county hospital is a whole lot better
The worst Hospital ever been in my entire life never never sorry again
They is very damn slow ass hospital And I still didn't see the damn doctor I left in pain I will never come back here again I will stick to the hospital out west and if my children get sick and need to go to the Er I will pay for a Cab and take them out west and my oldest daughter went with me she broke out on her left arm And they bathroom was just as nasty
I had a dentist appointment yesterday....the staff was very nice and professional.The dentist explained every procedure that was being done and my questions were answered very professionally. Very clean and neat environment. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly I spoke to her and she didn't speak back she looked like she didn't want to be bothered.(My only issue). Other than that my appointment went very well.
The Emergency Room staff is horrible with customer/patient service. However Labor & Delivery is excellent, even though they're understaffed. Someone needs to get on top of the Emergency room because they categorize everyone as Not Important People and I will be calling the News and Community Activists.
