Best value haircuts in town. Great people.

You get what you pay for. I paid $20 buuuuut Lim cut my hair an inch shorter than I wanted and also didn't follow my instructions about how I wanted my hair to look. So. For men or basic cuts, I'm sure this is great -- two men came in after me and they seemed to be repeat customers. But for women, well, go at your own risk.
