My husband was prescribed orthotics for his foot pain on November 8th, 2017. I have now just gotten off the phone with his office staff for the third time and today is December 14th, still no orthotics. The manufacturer mailed the orthotics to the office in November and apparently the post office didn't deliver it properly so it's lost. I have just had another horrible phone call with someone named Trish? at the office who has been NO help whatsoever in this entire process.
