The nurse and doctor were very professional and he explained my situation. He empathized with me as he had the same condition. He gave me options and I am in the process of getting an insert for my heal pain. He also gave me further options to try down the road. His staff was very nice and I feel confident in his diagnosis and further treatment if needed.
