My appomumet was at 3:30pm. I was seen at 4:45pm. It's ok for me to wait. It's the nurse there. She calls my name from inside the office, and no smile and no how are you doing. She looks like she not happy at all. Then she had me wait Infront until there was a room ready for me after she took my vitals signs. Then she called my name again, from inside the office and not coming out the door to call the next clients. Then she goes, wait in room #2. Did t show me where or walk me to my room. Horrible, me asignaron esta clínica y me dicen que no aceptan pacientes sin cita y que las citas pueden durar de dos o tres semanas , cambiaré de clínica el antiguo doctor de mis hijas tenía cupo abierto por dos horas para pacientes de emergencia y aquí no. Si un niño está muy enfermo tendrá que esperar dos semanas o tres para ser revisado, que mal servicio.
El personal es pésimo el manager es un grosero te disen una hora y te atienden asta que les da la gana no recomendado
This place, to my knowledge when I asked the staff directly, does not have an actual medical doctor that works there. Only PA's. I never saw a doctor the entire time I was a patient there. I barely ever go because most of the time, I have to wait for 1.5 to 2 hours to be seen. With appointment. With 0-2 patients in the waiting room. And as you wait there, you can hear the entire conversations the front desk is able to have uninterrupted. Because they never answer the phone. Yesterday was my last straw.
