Unfortunately I had to give a star. My father passed and trying to get their Dr. To sign a death certificate is next to impossible. Whoever this Dr. Mushinsky-Trailes is, she is extremely incompetent. I left several messages, the funeral director left several messages, and yet, she can’t find the time to call anyone back or sign her name.
