This is a nice community, definitely has made my transition from Philly city life to suburban life much easier. The grounds are well maintained, the flowers and roses are so pretty. Security is present especially when I walk my dog at night. Overall, pleased with our decision.
St. Andrews is a great place to live. The Leasing office has been great and their customer service is outstanding. Property is well kept. Maintenance respond in a timely manner. I can't think of a better place to live in Delaware. St. Andrews is the place to live! My experience has been great. I'm in a great neighborhood, friendly people. Great place to live, amenities on properties (i.e. pool, business center, monthly activities, etc)
Excellent with top notch amenities snd top notch service. Always above and beyond expectations
