Recommendedeverything it is a well kept and maintained community each building is beautiful. the convenience and luxury of having a washer and dryer along with the added rest rooms is a plus. I like the convenience of the patio on the back deck very spacious however they can be a little pricey but I am also a believer that you get what you pay for
The apartments an house are very well kept. the staff are very friendly and quick to help if there is a problem. Matinence stay on top of things this is a very safe place to stay and raise kids and the staff are always bringing the community together with things to do

This is an amazing place to live! The staff is helpful. The maintenance department is quick, friendly, informative and awesome! The area is always clean and they provide activities monthly for residents to participate in.
Upon move out of St. Andrews we are being charged for damages that were present when we moved in. We are also be charged for items that were just basically OLD. We have received zero cooperation from the administration or maintenance department. We have already paid $2500 for damage to the carpet (potty training two toddlers) that we have agreed to. My Uncle was a tenant for years and died recently. Still we were told we have to pay another months rent because they needed more notice. Ridiculous.
it a great place to live the staff is great it safe . i would recommend it 5 star *****
Reybold installed meters in every apartment so that each resident must pay for water and sewer. Very disreputable for them to do this in the first place. They have a company out of Colorado managing it. I was told that it would be comparable to Artesian Water. Hmmmm. 4 of us tenants just compared the first bill. $40, 41, 58 and 60 for one month!!!!!!!! Obscene! These are all 2 bedroom apartments. Reybold is not only disreputable but dishonest schiesters. They are making a killing off of this. Stay away.
