Both my husband and I both had surgery at St Andrew’s Hospital in the last 12 months and we were both very impressed with the experience. The reception staff, being ushered to the correct floor, attentive Nursing staff on admission, amazing Periop team and fantastic Ward staff. A great experience. Well done St Andrew’s!
I recently had a complete right shoulder replacement at St Andrews, all of the staff that I looked after me were absolutely fantastic and very professional highly recommended.
Recently an inpatient for 5 nights. Allied staff were amazing; nurses ultra supportive, doctors were great, always informative, supportive and excellent bedside manner The private room was on the smallish side, so felt a little crowded with table, cold therapy cooler, chairs, walking frame, etc (it was in the older part of the hospital), but pleasant, with a large window The only downside was the food.
