I spent 3 nights in Hospital following hip replacement surgery. All staff (medical, domestic, volunteers) were excellent and treated me with great care. The meals were very good with many choices and there was always a tea/coffee not far away if wanted. The downside was I gained 3.3 kg weight in 3 days and I ticked "small" meals box! I cannot fault St Andrews.
Delivering professional catering platters recently, I received a great welcome and shown directions to the right area of the hospital by your very well-presented and affable daytime concierge. That was a real treat and made my day. Please thank you staff member.
