Worst hospital ever. The staff were rude, and I went there as an emergency patient, but the doctor didn't see me until 24 hours later. I received a huge bill for essentially nothing. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and often did not respond when I called for assistance. Total scam.
An excellent hospital with great doctors and wonderful nurses. They all go above and beyond to make you feel good and get better quickly
Nurses after my surgery were mean and grumpy. One yelled at me because I wanted to keep the blankets on. Another just ripped the oxygen off my face. Not all were like this just the ones looking after me post surgery.
Was told to come in at 8am for day surgery was not seen until 12pm post operation took the staff over 3 hours to locate and retrieve my personal belongings including phone and wallet. My next of kin was never informed about a change in circumstances forcing me to stay over night nor where they informed about me being discharged or leaving theatre causing an extra level of stress. However the nursing staff were fantastic and good overall facilities. Food was always punctual and up to a very good standard.
