I stayed here for 18 months and no dramas. Low rent in a decent area if you don’t mind 10-20 min walks to things downtown (Grocery, gym, bars, etc.) Gated parking is a plus. Got my full security deposit back. Any “cons” to this place are standard with living in an old building made into an apartment complex. Stay here and stack your bread.
