The Cold Rush products are pure unserviceable trash. Intended for single use only for $200. Won't be going back!
Worse customer service i've ever experienced. It seems they have no intrest in selling their product nor helping a customer to purchase their product. Absolutly atrocious.
Took my power knee to my prosthetist for routine maintenance and they sent it to Ossur in Iceland. It’s now been 3 months and I can’t even get a status. My loaner knee works intermittently and this is an unacceptable amount of time to be without my own power knee.
Don't bother. I have had 2 of their unloader braces, the one and a custom CTI. The One has dials or ratchet system that is useless. Either the brace gets too tight or too lose. The ratchet broke only after week. The CTi custom brace was made wrong. The bottom and top parts of the connecting point to the hinge were bent. If the Velcro pads don’t rest securely against your leg, leaving gaps, the brace moves the bottom of the brace was too long and brace kept shifting (falling).
