The most deceitful clinic in the south coast and the most corrupt. The IOP director is the most corrupt but seemingly sweet. Blatantly favorites some clients waaaaayyyy more than others. Everyone accepts it when she smiles and gives some BS deflection. Oh and when clients terrorize groups or you say that the iop director gives out hugs to a client that she knows thinks shes hot... the front end supervisor says stop worrying about others... if this was a social setting i wouldnt care. I went here 7 years ago and I’m still clean to this day. Me being clean this long and keep going is a miracle. Thank you to this place you guys impacted my life and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I waited 3months for a PC 1st appointment. I called to confirm 1week before the appointment date to confirm time, and didn’t had registered me as a patient at all.
I called on a Saturday and their answering service answered. They were rude and disrespectful. They need another answering service.
