ER customer service sucks. Period. No care at all. On several occasions. It wasnt until they were told i was a nurse was i taken serious. L and D is awesome and the ONLY reason i go to this place.
I had an outpatient procedure done at St. Mary’s Hospital today. Excellent, outstanding experience! Everyone I interacted with today was friendly, caring and very knowledgeable! This is my Hospital of choice.
the nurses are very rude with patients and don't take the time to be caring
I was admitted to St. Mary’s for two weeks prior to having my son. The nurses who took care of me during that time were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, listened to me whenever I had an issue, and were there to talk when I needed it. The doctors and residents I had were incredible and made me feel confident in their decisions the whole time. My son was in the NICU for 7 weeks after he was born and I cannot say enough amazing things about those women. They are angels on earth. I’ll never forgot them and will always ... read more
