What a terrible customer care service and billing mistakes done by SSM Health. The worst part is they don't admit the billing mistake done by them and reluctant to fix it. They sent the wrong details in insurance claim and got denied from insurance company and sent all the bill to me. Called SSM health customer care multiple times to fix the error but still as it it. I even called my insurance company and put them in conference call with SSM health customer representative to rectify the error in claim and insurance company... read more
