Great Doctors and a great facility!!, But their billing practices are shitty!! My bill was set up for payment via my wife.. The automatic withdrawal should have been taken out and never was...With my and my wife's cell phone numbers on file. and no phone call was ever made. Except from the collection company Media Credit who called after the amount went unpaid for 90 days... My response from the hospital billing department was " well we sent statements out".... This hospital is the best! The employees here are awesome,caring and really do a great job at making you feel that they honestly care about getting you to feel better ❣❣It definitely my choice for hospital of the year❣Thanks for taking such good care of me❣❣❣❣
The staff at this facility is caring and attentive. I've been there for another couple routine procedures but had to go thru the ER for chest pain. They took wonderful care of me.
The best staff I've ever been around in a hospital ever and in every department. Very clean and the one patient rooms are very comfortable. All of the nurses are amazing and go above and beyond everytime. My only criticism is that when I'm having problems with anything be it pain, breathing and just anything that you know is wrong with your own body it can take up until the very last minute to get help.
All staff here get a million stars...everyone is awesome. If you have to be in the hospital this is where to be..EXCELLENT NURSES..My kidney doctor is the best..Dr.Argodlis...Food service. .cleaning service...I mean everyone is so friendly and works hard to serve their patients..Thank you everyone
Had my daughter here over five years ago when the hospital first opened was a wonderful experience the house doctor wasn't my favorite which isn't a big deal I was a young teen mom and the process went well with their wonderfully trained staff
Earlier today my 6 year old had a pool accident and ended up needing 5 stitches. Emergency room nurses, doctors and staff were all amazing. They got us in a room as soon as we walked in and saw a pediatrician within a few minutes. They were professional but friendly. I couldn't of asked for better service. Thank you!!! And a special thank you for the nurse (unfortunately I don't know her name) who had an exciting Pokemon conversation with my son while they were stitching him to put him in ease.
