I was visiting my daughter after her surgery. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff was Everyone was smiling all the time too You don't see that too much with hospital staff anymore. .For sure not at the hospital I work at..lol
I never complained or wrote nagative comments about this this city I live. BUT I have to say SSM in Fenton got hhhhhorrible untrained nurse. For example for SSM in Fenton, one of the about 50-year-old reception lady with glasses on from Surgery Doc. Mark Patrillion, is so bad behaviored, every time when my wife and I walk in there, she never directly look at you, sometimes she stares at you and ask you question in a way she does not care about what is going on with their CCCustomers(((let's say Customer here, not patients, i... read more
The doctors and especially the nurses, here are wonderful!
Recent back surgery... by Dr. Mark Rivkin. Excellent care pre-op, surgery and post-op. I felt like the only patient there. The staff could not have been nicer to me - and to my daughter who was waiting for me. The surgeon texted my daughter with an update during surgery - and personally came out afterwards to tell her all was okay. I am an SSM fan!
I have always gotten excellent care at St. Clare. The physicians there have literally have my life... love the a hematology department and and rheumatology group and the neurology department.. without you guys I would not be here
The ER was over ran Monday, ambulance were stacked up outside 3 sometimes 4 deep, bringing the patients into the waiting room. Who ever designed the hospital failed need to have a major expansion. Larger ER and maybe a few more floors added. On the other hand the ER and 4th floor staff was awesome and respectful , they all deserves a daisy award
The whole staff is so caring, and so helpful. Any questions concerns or comments were met with total professionalism. They keep in close contact with the family members and the patients, so that we don't feel left out of the whole procedure.
