Spent over three hours in the emergency room last night so that the emergency room doctor could tell us she was not up to date on our emergency needs.she didn't consult another doctor to see what kind of help she could give us. There was a Counselor that come in and gave her some recommendations that she did not follow so we were sent home with the piece of paper to call a doctor in the morning. So what a great deal $75 down the tube oh wait we get a 25% discount for paying upfront for no services rendered.
Staff encountered with my daughters visit on 2/11/15 were all rude, unprofessional and did not make it an atmosphere where people would want to return...
if it would let me put no stars I would have. We have been waiting in the waiting room for about an hour and a half now and there is no one here
I have been here 4 hours and nothing even to drink. I have terrible headache and not even a Tylenol. They were suppose to put IV in after cray and forgot. They were absolutely no help. I would have been better off going to St.Anthonys as much as I hate that place. Never again will I come here. Also had alot off weight loss and they didn't even weigh me.
Went to this ER twice for an infection. They said there was no abscess and nothing to drain. Went to a REAL doctor who said there was a HUGE abscess. How could they have missed that? This hospital and it's staff are worthless. If you have the choice between this ER and dying in the street, you're probably better off in the street.
Amazing, amazing, AMAZING!!! Not only was my out patient procedure done swiftly and with wonderful teamwork, when I had to return to the ER with pain several days after, the staff did their best to diagnose the issue, relieve my pain and get me on my way. I will always make it a point to come to this great hospital for any and all health care needs.
Just gave birth to my daughter last night. Was not planning on coming here, but am thrilled this is where I ended up. Every nurse I've had has been amazing. The nurses and my awesome doctor worked great with my doula and created a wonderful birth experience for my husband and me. Thank you!!!
